Justin spent several years consulting enterprise clients at the world’s largest tech recruiting firm before co-founding Orion Placement with his business partner, Jon. Drawing on his extensive experience, Justin takes a consultative approach with both clients and his recruiting team to deliver higher-quality results.
When a new role opens, Justin implements a structured talent acquisition framework to ensure success. Within this framework, he empowers his recruiters to navigate the unique nuances of each role and client, providing the flexibility to tailor their approach while adhering to proven processes.
