STEP 1:

With our company, every agent opportunity that we provide you with has opted into speaking with you. We prove this with screenshots and resumes. We source every agent and build our own lists. We do not buy lists. Every one of our clients enjoys a fresh target list of agents specifically built for our outreach efforts. We also go to great lengths to cross reference our data and ensure we are not soliciting people from your organization. STEP 2:

JOB BOARD SYNDICATION

Agents apply for your position.

We craft a successful marketing message that has been AB tested, we then compose that into a real estate agent position and syndicate it across all the job boards, making your position available on all search engines. When the interested agents apply for the position, we ask up to 4 questions in the screening process, which includes a mandatory licensing question. The next step is to set the appointment for you.

STEP 3:

DIRECT MESSAGING - SOCIAL MEDIA

We simply ask the agent if they would be interested!

The National Association of Realtors has stated that there are 1.4 million approximate agents in the United States. Of those agents, 30 percent will choose to randomly change brokerages each year. Since we can count on 3 out of 10 agents considering a move, we simply start conversations with agents and ask them if they are willing to look at other brokerage opportunities. If they say yes, we tell them about you and work to set the appointment.

STEP 4:

This is where you as the agent or broker can have us drip on an email list you provide. This process is very effective because we request sit-downs or coffee meetings to discuss the possibility of the agent moving to your brokerage. Once these agents show interest, we set the meeting on your calendar.

STEP 5:

SOCIAL MEDIA PAID ADS ALTERNATE OPPORTUNITY SOURCE OR PAID UPGRADE
