They are currently looking to expand their team and are seeking an enthusiastic Legal Assistant to assist their attorneys in handling a wide range of personal injury cases.

• Collaborate with attorneys throughout the entire personal injury litigation process, from case initiation to settlement.
• Conduct initial client consultations and arrange formal intake appointments.
• Summarize and analyze medical records and billing statements.
• Maintain organized case files, monitor deadlines, and update case calendars.
• Draft various legal documents, including correspondence, motions, and pleadings.
• Initiate insurance claims and communicate with adjusters.
• Conduct research and gather evidence for pre-litigation investigations.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of court documents.

• 2-6 years of experience in personal injury litigation, either on the plaintiff or defense side.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Spanish language proficiency is an added advantage but not mandatory.
