Job Description

• Manage a diverse caseload involving estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
• Create legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other relevant paperwork
• Offer advice to clients on tax implications and effective estate transfer strategies
• Represent clients in probate court and relevant legal proceedings
• Collaborate closely with internal staff and paralegals to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all cases

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate
• Active Florida bar license
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Availability to work in-office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
