Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to manage all aspects of litigation
• Conduct thorough document reviews and perform legal research
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, dispositive motions, and responses
• Participate in depositions and attend mediations
• Assist in trial and arbitration preparation and attendance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas
• Preferred, though not required, experience in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, writing, and negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple cases and perform well under pressure
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
