• Address client queries promptly via phone and email.

• Stay updated on estate planning laws and trends for compliance and best practices.
• Participate in attorney meetings to discuss complex cases and legal updates.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning.
• In-depth knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax laws.
• Preference for State Bar Certified Specialist in Trusts, Wills & Probate.
• Strong communication, organization, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in legal technology and case management systems.
