Construction Manager

Note: Employees are required to be in the Boston office from Monday to Thursday, with the option for remote work on Fridays when not traveling.
Note: The position entails up to 50% travel to Florida, Georgia, Oregon, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Job Description:
- Manage the complete construction process for new club constructions, renovations, and relocations
- Ensure all projects adhere to brand design standards, remain within budget, and are finished on schedule
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and project timelines
- Conduct site visits and deliver weekly progress updates
- Review project blueprints, work scopes, and financial plans
- Collaborate with architects, local authorities, and internal departments to guarantee efficient project implementation
- Authorize contractor payments and handle permit procedures
- Utilize project management platforms (like Asana or Excel) to oversee multiple simultaneous projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience (experience in franchise or retail sectors preferred)
- Solid background in site planning, vendor coordination, and overseeing multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and project management software
- Experience in budgeting, estimation, and scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is advantageous
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (to Florida, Georgia, Oregon, Puerto Rico, and Canada)
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment
