Job Description

• Lead the operations of a dynamic cocktail bar and restaurant
• Inspire and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Strategically manage labor and beverage costs while upholding service standards
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments during peak hours
• Schedule and oversee restaurant operations 3-4 nights per week
• Conduct performance evaluations, ensure compliance, and maintain quality control
• Collaborate with ownership and corporate support for overall success

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a high-volume bar or cocktail-focused establishment
• Expertise in craft cocktails and beverage management
• Strong grasp of labor reports, P&L, and cost control
• Hands-on leadership style with a team-oriented approach
• Available to work late hours, especially on weekends
• Passion for nightlife culture and attention to detail
