Job Description

• We are hiring full-time Legal Counsel specializing in insurance defense.
• This role is open in the Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa offices.
• Manage caseloads involving construction defects, bodily injury, and general liability claims.
• Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting investigations, and representing clients in court.
• Work closely with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies and achieve positive results.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid Florida law license.
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation is required.
• Prior experience in construction-related litigation is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in legal writing, research, and oral advocacy.
• Ability to handle a full caseload and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
