Job Description:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a compassionate and efficient manner
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Ensuring compliance with infection control policies and universal precautions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Taking and recording patient measurements and assessments
- Demonstrating leadership skills and teamwork on the unit
- Participating in unit readiness for accreditation assessments

Qualifications:
- Must hold a BSN or ADN degree
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification required within one year of employment
