Job Description:

• Conduct therapeutic counseling sessions for individuals dealing with substance abuse using a holistic approach.
• Educate patients and their families about the impact of substance abuse on their lives.
• Facilitate group discussions, conduct one-on-one sessions, and coordinate group activities for support staff.
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Complete daily billing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize patient data to customize counseling sessions for optimal results.
• Provide crisis intervention and family counseling when necessary.
• Act as a advocate and mediator for clients in need.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor or Therapist.
• LSW or LPC certification required.
• Current licensure by the Substance Abuse Professionals Board.
