Occupational Therapist
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the XYZ office.
About Our Client:
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy required
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required
- Must be licensed within the State of Montana
Hours and Compensation Potential:
- Position is day shift
- Compensation ranges between $34.50/hr - $42/hr plus full benefits and a relocation/sign-on bonus
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients
- Help patients reach maximum performance levels and use learned skills to function in the community
- Administer comprehensive evaluations and document patient progress
- Design and administer treatment programs to increase patient functioning levels
- Provide therapy for neurological integration and administer sensor-motor integration treatment techniques
- Design and fabricate splints, slings, and adaptive equipment as needed
- Participate in patient support groups and develop individualized therapy programs
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
