Job Description

• Independently handle civil litigation cases for clients
• Take charge of all facets of litigation process from developing strategies to reaching resolutions
• Manage a manageable caseload while delivering top-notch results
• Work collaboratively with a supportive legal team dedicated to collective success
• Guide and mentor junior staff and partake in internal training programs
• Achieve annual billable hour goal of 1,400 hours

Qualifications

• Active Montana State Bar License
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
