Job Description:

• Draft and assess Wealth Strategy documents to ensure clients' assets are safeguarded and effectively managed.
• Create and review entity formation documents for various business structures, including LLCs, Corporations, and LPs.
• Write, review, and negotiate contracts to meet clients' legal and business requirements.
• Act as legal counsel for business owners, offering strategic advice and guidance on a range of issues.
• Conduct legal research and provide counsel to help clients navigate complex financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission with the ability to practice law.
• At least 1 year of experience in estate planning and business law.
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Exceptional research and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal administrative tasks such as document management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
