Job Description:

• Collaborate with firm partners on litigation management tasks
• Conduct legal research and document review
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Participate in depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas
• Experience in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law is preferred
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and negotiation
• Ability to handle multiple cases under pressure
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
