Job Description
- Role: Experienced Employment Litigation Lawyer
- Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid role)
- Focus: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Draft and present motions in court
- Conduct depositions and defend clients
- Oversee multiple litigation projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills
- Active California bar license
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
