Litigation Associate Attorney – Employment Law

Job Description
- Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Oversee cases from inception to resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, initial pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct depositions and defend clients.
- Work both collaboratively with a team and independently on high-paced projects.
- Take advantage of mentorship opportunities with seasoned partners for career advancement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Proven track record in wage and hour litigation, specifically in class/collective actions.
- Must be admitted to practice in California.
- Demonstrated strong academic background along with exceptional writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
