Litigation Associate Attorney – Employment Law

Note: This position is a hybrid, requiring employees to be on-site 2-3 days a week at either the Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco office.

Job Description

  • Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Oversee cases from inception to resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, initial pleadings, and motions.
  • Conduct depositions and defend clients.
  • Work both collaboratively with a team and independently on high-paced projects.
  • Take advantage of mentorship opportunities with seasoned partners for career advancement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Proven track record in wage and hour litigation, specifically in class/collective actions.
  • Must be admitted to practice in California.
  • Demonstrated strong academic background along with exceptional writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
