Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Anaheim office.

Our client, a Team Injury defense law firm, is currently seeking experienced Senior and Associate Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of experience in injuries -- either plaintiff or defense side for a hybrid position. Compensation is based on experience.

Residency in California and possession of a CA Bar license are required.

Attorneys oversee the legal defense of injury cases from start to finish, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. They collaborate closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key responsibilities:

• Defend insurance carriers, 3rd party administrators, and self-insured employers
• Create and manage correspondence with clients
• Compose legal documents and negotiate settlements in injury cases
• Appear in court, manage schedules, and conduct depositions and doctor interviews
• Negotiate claims and engage in proactive case management
• Supervise and mentor legal assistants to ensure smooth case support
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners
• Participate in promotional activities with existing and prospective clients
• Review and process case information in PracticeMaster and billing programs
• Adhere to deadlines for client communication and file reviews
• Conduct training events for clients on changing injury case regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current injury case law
