Labor & Employment Attorney
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the San Diego, CA office.

Job Description
- Handle employment litigation cases for employers, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage disputes, class actions, and state/federal employment law adherence
- Prepare legal documents like motions, pleadings, and memoranda
- Conduct legal research and oversee discovery processes
- Manage depositions and interviews with witnesses
- Offer advice on employment law compliance, encompassing ADA, FMLA, CFRA, and pandemic-related regulations, as well as disability accommodations and leave regulations
- Potential involvement in labor negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in employment litigation
- Thorough knowledge of California employment laws
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and managing discovery
- Preference for trial or arbitration experience
- Ability to provide well-informed guidance on state and federal labor regulations
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Must be admitted to the California Bar
