Job Description

• Seeking an Associate Attorney to join the bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and real estate team in Trenton, NJ.
• Responsibilities include working on bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation cases, and real estate/transactional work.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, and draft legal documents.
• Interact directly with clients and adversaries and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation and real estate/transaction law.
• New Jersey bar admission required (PA and/or NY admission a plus).
• Strong legal writing, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and maintain client relationships.
