Our client is currently seeking a seasoned labor law attorney with over 15 years of experience in employment litigation.

Job Description:

• Must possess extensive experience in employment law defense
• Recent experience with school third party administrator employment panels
• Familiarity with school district defense in employment law
• 15 years of employment law defense experience
• Trial experience is a bonus, but not mandatory
• Knowledge of class/PAGA lawsuits
• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
• Active member of the State Bar of California
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Dedication to proactive case management
