Job Description

• Handle legal representation for clients in federal and state courts, as well as administrative forums.
• Oversee litigation cases from initial investigation to trial preparation and final resolution.
• Conduct various legal procedures including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial appearances.
• Negotiate settlements and draft necessary legal documentation.
• Offer ongoing legal counsel to clients regarding litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Required to hold a valid New York law license.
• Preferably possess a strong background in litigation, with experience in civil, education, public sector, or employment litigation.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in legal writing, research, and oral advocacy.
• Capable of effectively managing a caseload and collaborating within a team setting.
