Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney
Note: This position is fully remote, with the option to work in-person at one of several offices across California.
Note: You must have prior workers’ compensation defense experience and be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Handle all phases of workers’ compensation defense litigation
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Draft reports, pleadings, and correspondence
- Provide legal analysis and recommendations to clients
- Maintain an organized and paperless case file system
- Collaborate with internal team and client representatives
Qualifications
- Prior workers’ compensation defense experience (required)
- Active and in-good-standing member of the California State Bar (required)
- Comfortable working in a paperless environment
- Experience with MerusCase is a plus
