Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Salt Lake City, UT office.

Job Description
- Provide front-desk support by welcoming visitors and answering calls professionally
- Manage office supplies, mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
- Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and administrative tasks
- Support document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Help maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support general office operations
Qualifications
- Office or administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and willingness to support a variety of office needs
