Account Executive – Industrial Sales

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Frisco, TX office.

Job Description

  • Drive new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the industrial sector.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, conducting campaigns through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective outbound prospecting campaigns using email, cold calls, social media outreach, direct mailers, and PPC collaboration.
  • Manage client accounts, surpassing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Optimize the sales pipeline for multiple clients, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Utilize CRM tools for activity tracking, success measurement, and timely follow-ups.
  • Nurture authentic relationships with clients and internal teams to drive collaboration and productivity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance and innovate the prospecting process.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent sales, marketing, or business development experience.
  • Have 1-3 years of practical experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines successfully.
  • Show strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be familiar with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, a team-oriented mindset, and a focus on finding solutions.
