Job Description

• Conduct a wide variety of transactional and advisory legal work related to business, real estate, and estate planning matters
• Take the lead in client consultations and provide customized legal solutions for business owners and families
• Collaborate effectively within a high-performance team environment that emphasizes harmony and excellence
• Achieve an annual billable hour target of 1,400 hours
• Participate in mentoring programs and engage in continuous development within the firm

Qualifications

• Active Montana State Bar License
• No prior experience required, although legal experience in business law, estate planning, or real estate is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to take ownership of client matters
• Strong desire to pursue long-term growth within a collaborative and well-supported team
