Job Description

• Manage a variety of transactional and advisory legal work in business, real estate, and estate planning
• Lead client consultations and provide customized legal solutions for business owners and families
• Work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment
• Maintain a 1,400 annual billable hour target
• Participate in mentoring and ongoing development opportunities within the firm

Qualifications

• Active Montana State Bar License required
• Preferably some legal experience in business law, estate planning, or real estate
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client matters effectively
• Keen interest in long-term growth within a supportive team
