Job Description Our client is currently seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team in Trenton, NJ. As part of the bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice, the successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities: - Collaborate on bankruptcy cases, commercial litigation matters, and real estate/transactional projects. - Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. - Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and motions. - Engage directly with clients and opponents. - Handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining solid client relationships. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate/transaction law. - Must be admitted to the New Jersey bar (admission to the PA and/or NY bar is a plus). - Proficient in legal drafting, writing, and oral communication. - Strong multitasking abilities. - Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills.
