Job Description
- Join our client's dynamic bankruptcy and commercial litigation team based in Trenton, NJ.
- Work on a hybrid schedule, enjoying the benefits of both remote and on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation cases, and real estate/transactional work.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Prepare legal documents, including motions and contracts.
- Directly engage with clients and adversaries.
- Maintain solid client relationships while managing multiple projects concurrently.
Qualifications
- Possess 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Have 2+ years of experience in real estate/transaction law.
- Be admitted to the New Jersey bar (PA and/or NY admission is desirable).
- Demonstrate exceptional legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Show the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
