Job Description

  • Join our client's dynamic bankruptcy and commercial litigation team based in Trenton, NJ.
  • Work on a hybrid schedule, enjoying the benefits of both remote and on-site work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation cases, and real estate/transactional work.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Prepare legal documents, including motions and contracts.
  • Directly engage with clients and adversaries.
  • Maintain solid client relationships while managing multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

  • Possess 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in real estate/transaction law.
  • Be admitted to the New Jersey bar (PA and/or NY admission is desirable).
  • Demonstrate exceptional legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Show the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
