• We are looking for a Junior Lawyer specializing in Commercial Property to handle various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals. You will be responsible for drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and facilitate complex deal closings.

Qualifications:

• Must have a JD degree and be an active member of the Florida bar.
• At least 3 years of experience in handling large-scale real estate transactions.
