Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel specializing in Commercial Property to oversee major commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications:
