Job Description

• Manage a variety of construction defect litigation cases from start to finish
• Conduct thorough investigations, analyze issues, and negotiate settlements
• Engage and coordinate with expert witnesses for case preparation
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings independently
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in construction defect law
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently
• Active membership in the California Bar
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Aptitude for both independent work and team collaboration
