Job Description

• Manage construction defect litigation cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Conduct thorough discovery, including site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Engage and collaborate with expert witnesses for expert discovery
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Work closely with a team to achieve client and firm objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction defect cases
• At least 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong litigation skills, including the ability to independently handle cases
• Must be admitted to the California Bar
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
