Job Description
- Lead civil litigation cases from start to finish
- Create legal documents like pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Attend depositions, court appearances, and mediations on behalf of clients
- Conduct thorough legal research on federal and state legal issues
- Collaborate with partners and team members to develop litigation strategies and prepare for trial
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- At least 4 years of experience in civil litigation
- Excellent legal writing and verbal advocacy skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced setting
- Team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized
