Job Description

• Lead civil litigation cases from start to finish
• Create legal documents like pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Attend depositions, court appearances, and mediations on behalf of clients
• Conduct thorough legal research on federal and state legal issues
• Collaborate with partners and team members to develop litigation strategies and prepare for trial

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license
• At least 4 years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent legal writing and verbal advocacy skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced setting
• Team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized
