Job Description

• Provide legal counsel on school district and BOCES operations
• Research, analyze, and offer guidance on education and employment law issues
• Represent clients in various legal proceedings
• Assist with contract creation, business operations, student concerns, and labor disputes
• Contribute to the firm’s expanding school construction legal practice

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in New York
• Prior experience or strong interest in education law
• Demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively and advocate for clients
