Job Description:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, such as petitions, agreements, and motions.
• Organize financial records and provide support with discovery responses.
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and effectively communicate findings.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in family law or a strong interest in this practice area.
• Familiarity with marital and family law concepts, including document drafting and financial record organization.
• Active member of the Florida Bar with a good standing license to practice law in the state.
• Preference for candidates with an undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and adept at handling sensitive situations.
