Job Description:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases.
• Create and review legal documents such as petitions, answers, and motions.
• Develop and assess agreements, including parenting plans, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements.
• Organize financial records and provide assistance in responding to discovery requests.
• Prepare for mediations and hearings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and effectively communicate findings.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law (recent graduates with a strong interest in family law are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with marital and family law, including the drafting of legal documents and organization of financial records.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing with a valid Florida law license.
• An undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or accounting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling emotionally sensitive situations.
