Job Description:

• Manage a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as petitions, answers, and motions.
• Create and review agreements, including parenting plans, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements.
• Organize financial records and assist in responding to discovery requests.
• Prepare for mediations and hearings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and effectively communicate findings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law (recent graduates with a strong interest in family law are welcome).
• Familiarity with marital and family law, including drafting legal documents and organizing financial records.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• An undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or accounting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling emotionally sensitive situations.
