Job Description

• We are looking for full-time Associate Attorneys with experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Multiple positions are available at our client's offices in Jacksonville, FL.
• You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, which may include construction defects, general liability, and bodily injury claims.
• Your responsibilities will involve drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• You will collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation is required.
• Prior experience with construction-related litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively manage a full caseload in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
