Job Description

• We are seeking talented Junior Lawyers to join our client's team in their Tampa office.
• This opportunity is also available for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
• Successfully handle a diverse caseload comprising insurance defense litigation.
• Manage cases related to personal injury claims, property damage, and professional liability.
• Draft legal documents, conduct thorough research, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active Florida law license.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Prior experience in complex insurance defense matters is a plus.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle a heavy caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
