Job Description

• We are currently seeking full-time Assistant Attorneys specializing in insurance defense litigation.
• Open positions available at our Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa offices.
• Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload encompassing construction defects, general liability, and bodily injury claims.
• Duties also include drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation is required.
• Previous experience in construction-related litigation is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a full caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
