Job Description

• We are seeking full-time Associate Attorneys to join our client's insurance defense litigation team.
• This position is available at our client's offices located in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.
• As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of cases, including construction defects, general liability, and bodily injury claims.
• Duties include drafting legal documents, conducting investigations, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation is required.
• Prior experience in construction-related litigation is highly preferred.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are necessary.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
