Job Description

• Handle a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, managing all aspects of litigation from filing to resolution.
• Create case strategies and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the case.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Have a minimum of three years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Be an active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Possess strong litigation and case management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
