Job Description

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from beginning to end
• Advocate for clients during hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions and prepare for pre-trial procedures
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather information
• Collaborate with support staff, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee progress
• Keep updated on personal injury laws and procedural rules specific to New Jersey

Qualifications

• Must have a JD from an accredited law school
• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury law on the plaintiff-side
• Must possess at least 2 years of trial experience in a courtroom setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation abilities and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
