Job Description

• Handle a variety of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and legal proceedings.
• Research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement offers.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and court appearances as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing parties, and insurers.
• Manage a busy caseload with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of personal injury law experience.
• Active Illinois Bar license is required.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation and client communication abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
