Job Description

• Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters throughout all stages of litigation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and fellow attorneys to devise case strategies and litigation plans.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage a high volume of cases effectively.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Active bar admission to practice law in Illinois is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and negotiation purposes.
• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment with a demanding caseload.
• Preferred proficiency in bilingual (Spanish) communication.
