Job Description

• Handle a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, managing all stages of litigation from filing to resolution.
• Create case strategies, draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Regularly communicate with clients, offering case updates and guidance.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Participate in professional development programs and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of three years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrate strong litigation and case management skills.
• Excellent abilities in legal research, writing, and negotiation.
• Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.
