Associate Attorney – Personal Injury

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Roseland, NJ office.

Job Description

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution
  • Advocate for clients during hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, etc.
  • Conduct depositions and prepare for trial
  • Maintain regular communication with clients
  • Collaborate with support staff, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor progress
  • Stay up-to-date on personal injury laws and procedural rules in New Jersey

Qualifications

  • Hold a JD from an accredited law school
  • Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey (mandatory)
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury cases
  • Have at least 2 years of trial experience
  • Strong written, oral, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organization and case management abilities
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
