Associate Attorney – Personal Injury
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Roseland, NJ office.
**Note**: To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, including at least 2 years as a trial attorney, and be licensed to practice in New Jersey. Job Description
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution
- Advocate for clients during hearings, mediations, and trials
- Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, etc.
- Conduct depositions and prepare for trial
- Maintain regular communication with clients
- Collaborate with support staff, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor progress
- Stay up-to-date on personal injury laws and procedural rules in New Jersey
Qualifications
- Hold a JD from an accredited law school
- Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey (mandatory)
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury cases
- Have at least 2 years of trial experience
- Strong written, oral, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organization and case management abilities
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
