Job Description

• Manage personal injury defense litigation cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, site visits, analysis, depositions, and expert involvement.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, and hearings independently.
• Work closely with the legal team to achieve client and firm objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury defense.
• California Bar license in good standing.
• Demonstrated litigation skills, including handling discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
• Aptitude for both independent work and collaboration with a team.
