Job Description

• Take charge of personal injury defense litigation cases from start to finish, requiring minimal supervision.
• Oversee all aspects of the legal process including discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and expert discovery.
• Independently attend court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
• Work closely with the legal team to meet the goals set by the client and the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury defense.
• Must hold a valid California law license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in litigation, including experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
