Job Description

  • Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial stages through trial.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and fellow attorneys to develop effective case strategies and litigation plans.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings as necessary.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
  • Maintain well-organized case files and effectively manage a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

  • 0-4 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois with an active bar admission.
  • Demonstrated strong skills in time management and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, particularly when working with clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a high caseload.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is preferred.
