Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Chicago, IL office.

Job Description
- Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial stages through trial.
- Collaborate closely with partners and fellow attorneys to develop effective case strategies and litigation plans.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings as necessary.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
- Maintain well-organized case files and effectively manage a high-volume caseload.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois with an active bar admission.
- Demonstrated strong skills in time management and multitasking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, particularly when working with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a high caseload.
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is preferred.
