Job Description

• Responsible for handling litigation matters related to consumer warranty and product liability defense (Lemon Law)
• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty or product liability litigation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and possess a team-oriented mindset
